I'm a worship pastor who also does graphic & web design on the side. I'm currently on retainer with a couple churches and I'm getting swamped with other requests for both graphics and web stuff.
This may sound like an odd request, but I'm wondering if you do monthly retainers. I'm trying to find another designer that would be willing to work on retainer so if I do need any help, it's available to me.
If you do work that way, what would your pricing and stipulations be?
